Dear Members,
On currencies:
Wednesday will be the final day for the dollar Index to turn around and it will be turning around for a long period. Those who are skeptical about my prediction of the dollar’s bull market should just buy a single contract to see where it goes from here. At the time I am writing this Flash news, the US Dollar index is trading at $84.78, a figure we may not see again in 2006.

In the currencies section of this week’s newsletter, I mentioned that; "After doing a detailed study of planetary movements for the dollar, I can say that a positive cycle for the US dollar will start in one direction from Wednesday this week."

BUY THE DOLLAR INDEX

METALS:
From Tuesday onwards, a weak trend should have started in metals but international uncertainty is playing a supporting role for metals. However, one thing that you must always remember is that whenever planetary movements are not in favour, a trend can be destroyed any second. My prediction of a weak trend in metals is therefore very much on.

Get out from metal stocks as well as metals during the opening hour in New York on Wednesday as they could close sharply lower after opening positive. Gold could reach a maximum high of $651.80, while silver could do $11.87. However, there are very little chances of platinum, copper and palladium moving up in the Asian and European markets.

IT IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO BUY SOYBEAN AND CORN

STOCK MARKETS ARE TRADING WEAK AND SHOULD SHARPLY GO DOWN. THEREFORE REMAIN SHORT IN THE MARKET.

COFFEE AND COTTON ARE IN A BULL MARKET. COTTON MADE A HUGE REVERSAL YESTERDAY AND COFFEE SHOULD DO SO BY THIS FRIDAY. HOLD BOTH THESE COMMODITIES.

Thanks & God Bless
Mahendra
