Have we seen 4 & 8 years cycle low in 2006??

I've thought that for a while now.

I'm going to have to agree as well on the 4-year cycle. Even more important is the 2-year cycle, the first leg of which was extremely right translated and bottomed at the end of February. Plenty more upside to come.

Some are looking for longterm top....


Can housing Doom & gloom provide more fuel for the market or Plunge which bears have in mind????
