Last I saw he was using a Ping Rapture with Aldila VS and he alternates between a 2 iron and a Sonartec TRC 5 wood with X100. Not sure about the 3 wood though.
Great pics again easyyy.
Those Don White's are possibly the best looking irons i've ever seen in my life.

Not sure of my opinion, but whatever works.. Was just thinking about the bag and wondering, who was it on the PGA Tour who has stickers and badges all over their bag. I think they were sponsored by Titleist

I didnt, sorry. I will look the next time. He is amazing isnt he? While there are so many greats that have faded away he is still showing up on the top of the leader boards like last week. Still hard to look at him without the Titleist on the hat. How many years was he a staffer? Seems like forever.

Wow. Any time the hosel of the iron is wider than the soles, I think I might be in trouble!
Love the bag and those leather "sacks" he's using as headcovers. I think Elk has the right idea. Look at the cool equipment he plays, and uses/gets whatever he wants. It's nice he's in a position to not need the tee-up money.

This bag just oozes class and simplicity, a real 'players' bag! Fantastic pics, thanks a million.
Just wondered what flat-stick is he using? I recall he always used an Anser, back in the day, is it a Scotty variant now?

hey i got a questions....
it's not on topic but it's regarding FJ.
Any people in the biz out there.....why doesn't FJ offer classics in women's sizes? Ala Lorena Ochoa's shoes. The smallest they make in the Classics is a 7.....and I know her feet aren't that big....so what's up?

He doesn't want one. I talked w/ him the during the Pro-Am at the Stanford St. Jude in Memphis. He said "I don't believe any one company makes 14 good ones, and I don't want to be locked inot a contract so I use MacGregor irons, Titleist wedges, Callaway fairway woods, and a Ping Driver and Putter."
He also had those same shoes on that day. Footjoy Classics.
He let a Junior I was with walk and talk with him between a few holes. He was by far and away one of the coolest guys I've ever met.
Listening to Elk's interviews on Jim Rome are always amazing. Best guy ever.
His story about John Daly wrestling those guys from S. Africa is classic.

UPS should sponsor him. Just throw a UPS logo on that brown bag, "What can brown do for you?". It would be a perfect fit...

The rubber donger story was so good. So was the one about Adam Dunn humping a pole off of 16 at the FBR.
Nothing will beat his John Daly story about wrestling those rugby players in South Africa he told a few years back though.
