I have a MT28V2 51 degrees.

I find it hard to play at 4* bounce. I was planning to bend it to 54 and increasing bounce to 8 to match my 60 which is 8* bounce.

Any issues I should be looking at?

Nope!

Just make sure protect the hosel with sleeve and bend it in 3 different spots for less risk snaping it.

if you bend it to 54 you'll increase the bounce to 7° and not 8°. offset may decrease an imperceptible amount as well.
