Omar stayed with me last year when he played the Nationwide event in Virginia. As I remember from the Cleveland bag sitting in my dining room for the week it was...
Titleist 905T 9.5* w/ NV X
Titleist PT 906 f2 15* w/ NV X
Cleveland Halo w/ NV X
Cleveland CG-1 3-PW w/ X-100's
Cleveland CG-10 56*
Scotty Cameron with O-Man on it.
Lots of UT Longhorn stuff everywhere.
I will say Omar has great hand speed and played ping pong every night which was fun to see.
He is very good with the one wedge and plays all of his shots with it usuing his hands to turn it into whatever loft he needs.

I wonder how many pros/scratch only have 13 sticks in the bag?

Hes the only one I know. He has no use for another wedge as he grew up usuing one a creating shots.

There is a pic of O's bag on here some where. From last year perhaps in the cleveland staff pics. Look for the Longhorn logo.

Didnt O'mera only use a 56* and no other wedges?

You're right - don't know if that is still the case but he certainly used to carry only a SW. Tom Watson is another, I bleive he still plays with only PW &SW.

Seems like you're just hurting yourself if you carry less clubs. I mean, at worst you could put a lefty 6 iron in, in case you get stuck on the wrong side of a tree, or maybe a second driving club (a shorter, high lofted, optimized-on-a-launch-monitor for accuracy driver?), a specialized sand wedge for bured lies,or maybe even a chipping club (never tried one, but I imagine there are situations it's useful in). Even if you end up only using that last club once every 10 rounds, it could still save strokes.

O'Meara does use a 60* now and Watson carries a 5 wood and a 2 iron so he's still got 14 clubs.

In the golf digest WITB lorena ochoa only had a 56 degree wedge in the bag.

What I meant was that Watson only carried 1 sand wedge, not 13 clubs.
